We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were able to easily find parking and the location in the banking area was convenient. There were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby that we enjoyed with a Panamanian friend. It was also great to have El Rey supermarket down the street for snacks, drinks, and prescriptions. The hotel is situated in a rather prosperous district, making it feel safe and secure. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with how quickly they fulfilled our request for a kettle. The fast internet access without any complicated login process was a big plus.
Nothing, all great.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met and were always ready to help. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent. The food was delicious and it was delivered to our room in a timely manner. Another great aspect of our stay was the convenient location of the hotel. It was centrally located, making it easy to access various attractions and restaurants in the area.
There were a few aspects of our stay that were not ideal. The air conditioning in the room was too cold, even when we tried to adjust the temperature.

Great service from friendly staff who were always willing to help with anything you needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. The hotel was situated in a central location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room had comfortable beds and was spacious, with complementary bath products and other amenities that made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Some of the facilities were a little outdated, but they were undergoing renovations to improve the hotel. Additionally, there was some noise from the street outside during the night, which could be slightly disruptive to sleep.

We experienced a wonderful stay at a hotel in the middle of everything. The staff were all pleasant and most spoke some English. The hotel itself was upgraded a few years ago and is on par with a middle-of-the-road Marriott or Hilton in the US. We asked for a room in the back to avoid noise from the street. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities like a remote TV, AC, and good marble baths. We opted for the executive floor, which gave us a free buffet breakfast in the lounge. The hotel is conveniently located near a large American-style grocery store and offers car service for day trips, which was more affordable than joining a group tour. The nearby MultiCentro mall and restaurants on the Amador causeway added to the convenience. We also made use of the internet store with cheap phone service to the US. Panama City is a nice place to visit for a few days.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location right in downtown was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially enjoyed the marble bathroom. The fruit plate I ordered from the restaurant was fresh and delicious. Despite some minor inconveniences like the pool being closed and the noise from outside, I still had a positive experience. I would recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The restaurant offers delicious food and the buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day. In addition, there is a supermarket just down the street where you can find affordable snacks and drinks.
The air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit unreliable.

Upon arrival at this luxurious hotel, we were amazed to find a well-maintained garden area and an outdoor swimming pool with an inviting Jacuzzi. the room's exclusive amenities, from the comfortable bed to the private facilities, fulfilled our expectations. the spa center, which exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, personalized treatments and facilities, ensured we had a relaxing stay.
The only minor issue we found was the limited restaurant menu, which didn't offer many choices for dinner. However, the buffet breakfast was delightful, and the bar/lounge area was an excellent place for drinks and light snacks.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
